Can I change or cancel an order?

Before shipping you can contact us to ask for change the order by communicating the purchase data to us. Once the order has been shipped, you can no longer apply changes, but you can use the return procedure once you receive it.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive communications by email after the completion, shipment and delivery of the order. If you’ve created an account, you can also check the order status by going to your profile and selecting the Orders entry.
